Thank you for considering a commission from me! Below is a list of terms you must agree to when commissioning me, as well as a few notes on the process. I will iron out the details over time, if you have any questions please let me know! You can message me on Bluesky @art.craw.run

Summary

• Submit a commission request through this form

• Within a week, I will contact you through Discord or Bluesky

  If I take longer than a week, or you change your mind, feel free to message me

• We will discuss your idea, and I will send you a rough initial sketch

• I may give you an estimate date of completion, but not a deadline

  If you need the work finished before a certain date, let me know

• Once you accept the sketch, I will send you an invoice through PayPal for the full price

  I ask you don’t mention any details on this commission in payments through PayPal, as they are known for auto-targeting and closing accounts

• I will provide you updates regularly, at least once every two weeks

  If I leave you in the dark for longer than two weeks, please message me!

• Once the work is complete, you will receive the full resolution export, signed

Details

By submitting a commission request, you agree with these terms as of today, and confirm you are over 18 years old

Feel free to ask if anything is unclear!

Subject Preferences

I prefer to draw the following:

• Anthro furry characters, mainly scalies and birds
• Macro characters

This isn’t an exhaustive list, I may draw other subjects if you ask!

I will NOT draw the following:

• Art of other people’s characters, unless I’m given their permission directly
• Hate speech, gore, distressing topics
• 18+ artwork
• Humans

Revision Limit

How many revisions I allow depends on how far into the piece I’ve worked on; the further along, the less I’ll edit

• During the pre-payment sketch: I will only allow a few initial sketches

• During the refined sketch: You can request many minor edits, but you can only request up to 2 major changes

• After refined sketch (lining, coloring, shading): I will allow a few minor edits, but no major changes to the composition

Payment

After agreeing on an initial rough sketch, I will request full payment through a PayPal invoice before continuing

Refunds

Before finishing the refined sketch, I will allow a partial refund proportional to the amount of work up to that point, to my discretion

After finishing the refined sketch refunds are not allowed

Permission on the finished work

As the commissioner

• You may upload the finished artwork to social media or art galleries

• You are not allowed to claim you made the work. Credit is appreciated when possible, but not strictly necessary

  You may link to my website (craw.run) or social media handles for credit

• You are not allowed to sell prints of my work, include it in paid packages, marketing material, or use it with any other commercial purposes

• You are not allowed to include my work in AI training sets, as part of style mimicry, or have it in any way processed by AI

• You’re not allowed to use my work in anything related to cryptocurrencies or blockchain technology, this includes NFTs

“My work” includes any sketches or drafts I send!

As the artist

• With your permission, I may work on your commission while live streaming to an audience

• I may publish the finished work, or WIP stages, to my social media accounts, portfolio, or art gallery

• With your permission, I may credit your character to you under a name, URL, or profile handle of your choosing. If you wish to stay anonymous please let me know

Commission Preferences

• You may ask to stay anonymous. I won’t credit you on the finished piece, nor will I name you in files I publish

• You may ask for your commission to stay private. I won’t publish the finish piece, a timelapse, nor will I share WIP stages or live stream the process. This adds an extra fee; streaming my work helps keep me focused, and sharing the work helps with my public reach

• You may ask for the work to be finished within a certain deadline. This adds an extra fee, I prefer to give a weekly update on progress rather than working under a deadline
